Hisar–Dabwali Section NH-10 / NH-09 — O&M

This project covers the operation and maintenance of the four-laning of the Hisar–Dabwali section of NH-10, now designated as NH-09, in the state of Haryana. The maintained section extends from Km 170.000 to Km 314.660, covering a total length of 144.66 km. The project has been awarded by the National Highways Authority of India under a Performance Based Maintenance Contract (PBMC). The contract value is ₹147.02 crore, with the contract dated 23 December 2024 and commencement recorded as 1 April 2025. The contract period is 60 months, with completion scheduled for 31 March 2030. The ongoing-project statement records ₹48.45 crore as the value of work remaining to be completed and applies an escalation factor of 1.10. The project represents Suraj Construction Company's ongoing involvement in the operation and maintenance of a major four-lane national highway corridor in Haryana.
